Why I built Studyolo.
Practically everything I know, I taught myself online: from software engineering to film photography to theology. It started as a kid asking my grandparents who built the highways, who didn't know, so I looked it up (Eisenhower). From then on I committed to getting to the bottom of everything I was curious about, with the same tools everyone had: Google, YouTube, Wikipedia.
After skipping college and dedicating myself to entrepreneurship I always meant to put myself through a self-college one day. After selling my last company in 2025, I thought now was the time. But while LLMs have become the core of my self-learning practice, their format is limited. They are better for quick chats, question-answers, and temporary curiosities.
So I built Studyolo: comprehensive infrastructure that gives frontier models like Claude the tooling and rails to run a state of the art education program for me. No admissions office, application, or rules. The only prerequisite is curiosity.

Anything, including things you make with your hands. There’s no catalog: the course is written when you ask. Quantum field theory, Byzantine history, options pricing, Mandarin. Physical crafts run through submissions: throw a pot and send OLO a photo, record the chord progression, video your form, sketch the perspective study, upload the code.
